On selecting the formulation mode, the display contains the following

quick access keys in the bottom bar:

1. Setup – access to balance’s menu

2. Print header

3. Print footer

4. Formulation – selection of a formulation from corresponding database of

formulas

5. Formulation multiplier (Formulation start if option <Multiplier editing> is

set to <NO>, i.e. disabled)

6. Target mass

7. Formulation without a database

22.1. Additional settings of formulation mode

The additional settings enable adjusting the working mode to user’s needs and

requirements. To access the setting follow below procedure:

Procedure:

1. Press grey coloured workspace,

2. The display indicates menu of: Settings, Keys, Information, Printout

and Profile,

3. Press <Settings> key,

4. The display indicates functions related to formula making process.

Formula making process is related to the following functions:

− Automatic ingredients’ naming:

o YES

o NO

− Apply tare from database of tare values:

o YES, each of used ingredients has a tare value assigned in

accordance with a product saved in the database of products;

o NO, tare is not applied

− Means of ingredient verification:

The option enables selecting a relation used for determining correct

mass of ingredients during formula making process. TOLERANCE/

THRESHOLDS
