27.10. Destructive empty-full and full-empty control mode

In the “destructive” control mode independently on the size of product lot over

100 pieces, the sample set by the software for testing is always 20 pieces. The

other control assessing criteria are set in accordance with the regulation.

After using the list to select a product with set parameters for destructive control

with determined measuring “match” (manufacturing unit) and starting a

destructive control, the software displays commands aiding the control process

(as in case of the controls described above).

Depending on enabled control mode, the sequence of products to be weighed is

either: “empty-full” or “full-empty”.

Caution:

Remember to maintain the weighing sequence of products together with the

packages and empty packages. It is necessary to let the software correctly

calculate mass of a load placed in its corresponding packaging.

On control completion, the software generates a process summary and the

completed control is automatically saved in the balance’s database.

down this user manual.

27.11. Control according to internal criteria

Select appropriate product with correctly entered data, when the data is entered

in regard to control performed according to internal criteria (see chapters

above).

Press button to start control after weighing mode parameters have been

entered into balance memory (accordingly to the instruction). The button is

located in a bottom part of a window. In course of the control the software

continuously analyses measurements results and displays them in a respective

fields:
